Called at 6:32 PM on May 28, 2014.  Caller ID said Unknown Name and listed the number.  I didn't answer and it went to the answering machine, but they didn't leave a message.

Kept interrupting me when I was already on a personal call, did not hang up when they got the busy signal.  This call was not someone I know or wanted to hear from.

Caller told me said he represented Hooked on Solar and asked how much I spent on my energy bill.  I told him that I rec'd a similar call last week and asked if he was from Sacramento, CA.  He didn't answer and hung up.  I'm registered on the Nat'l Do Not Call List, but these unwanted calls persist.  I've gotten over 50 such calls since the first of 2014.  If you want to file a complaint w/ NDNCL, you need to tell them the number, the date and time, if it was answered, robo and identify by name.  I don't have the wherewithal for all that.......

They are calling about solar panels for your home.  Simple as that.  I told them we aren't homeowners; the lady was very polite and said she would remove our number from their list.  So far, so good...

We got a call at 6:30 pm Sept 11 & again today at 2pm. No messages no caller I'D  tried calling it back and got a busy signal
