This appears to be a robo call from the Dinuba, Ca area. They hang up after you answer and later you get called by a telemarketer. It could be solar or a police charity scam. Not sure.

As usual, didn't recognize the number and didn't answer. Sad to say, had to disengage answering machine once again because of this non solicited calls which means I miss important calls whereas caller unable to leave a message.
