This number call and left no message. Most likely related to the "Federal criminal court case" scams that have been hitting my phone lately. The recording I have been getting on those is some pothetic excuse for a person with a horrible accent. He's tying his best to sound American, but you can tell he isn't. Not to mention the message sounds like it was written by someone in 1st grade. These call appear to come from your area code but use random numbers.
