559-570-1340 is a miserable filthy scammer using a "Drone Phone" searching for live lines to sell or use to prey on unsuspecting victims. Works under I'm Heather from account services... This appears to be a new number, so "burning" their phone numbers here must be having an effect in raising their cost of doing business.  Typically, these numbers are spoofed. Pray for him going out of business, getting a huge fine, and sharing a cell with Bubba. Block him Danno.

Thanks so much Heather,  This Unknown Name caller has called once a month since August. We've instituted a policy of screening all unknown calls via answering machine. Annoying as this may be for us, I suppose this is what it's come down to. We just remind ourselves, legitimate callers leave Msg's and real call back numbers. Technology don't you just love it?
