I have received calls from this number on a fairly regular basis.  The calls often come when I go in my front yard.  A neighbor Sierra got my unlisted number and has harassed me in many ways.  Don't know if this is her but have my suspicions.

I've had this one twice but they left no message. I am in the same area code.

There was A LOT of interference on the line. A male voice said his name, but then nothing after that.

All of the calls I have received with caller ID "customer service" have been from telemarketers claiming to represent your local energy company but they are really from a telemarketing call center in the Clovis, Ca. area selling solar.  This number has been reported as an invalid phone number and probably spoofed.

I am getting these calls almost twice a day, they say home protection service, I wish I could get protection from these annoying calls, you say your not interested and they still continue to call. Why don't we have some type of HIPPA to protect us from this kind of harassment.
Any ideas?
