A call from the above number was from someone claiming to be able to sell me natural gas at 59.9 cents per therm. I don't know if that's good or not, I have an all-elecrtic house.  That's what I told them the last time they called. It dosen't seem to be sinking in.  Since, in general, telemarketing calls are bad deals, this is probably no exception.
