The bank for my credit card called me and said they have received a call from this number trying to inquire about my credit card.  They said the number is out of Fresno, CA and appears to be from one of those disposal phones.  I tried to call it twice and got some recording about how I can't reach anyone at this number and if I have a complaint to call the proper agencies.  Obviously, it is just some scumbags trying to work some scam and see if they can get into my credit card.  The bank put a freeze on my account and will close it and mail me new cards.

Seems like it might be a VOIP number used by Skype or similar internet calling service

Said they were calling about my home PC & that they had detected a problem with the windows program that had been installed. For a fee they could fix it now. Knowing this was some idiot I began asking basic questions & he hung up.
