Almost certainly some type of criminal fraud going on with this number. I doubt any legitimate business would engage in such suspicious behaviour so I'm marking this one as fraud or scam along with several other mysterious 559 area code numbers. In fact, blocking ALL 559 numbers since we know no one from Fresno.

Local number so I answered. Said hello some lady asked for the wrong person. I told her she had the wrong number and she said sorry and then I just hung up. Will block number.

Very rude! A guy tried to represent himself as part of a company. When I politely asked to be removed for their list he kept cutting me off and saying that he should talk to my husband. Then he said that it might be a bad time for me and he'll try again tomorrow. When I said he was being pushy and that I've politely declined several times he said "oh, you think I'm being pushy when I'm trying to do you a favor?! Have a good day [***]!" And he hung up. Obviously a scam artist!!! BLOCKED!

I also got called on 3/4/16 2:13 PM. No legit caller ID info, no message. Marked it as "SPAM" in Google Voice.

One of these days I'm going to set up an appointment with one of these "Solar Companies" and take them to small claims court. I have a 100% win rate there.  Usually it's a nameless, faceless illegally operating company selling leads to (often) legitimate businesses. I explain to the business that their "leads" are violating all kinds of laws, and unfortunately that makes THEM liable.  (They often don't believe me and lose in court).  I usually offer them two options:

1. Settle with me out of court... $500.
2. Verifiably donate to a charitable organization (I give them 3 options).

So far no one has done either of these and they then end up with $1500 or $4500 in judgments against them.
