Maureen said she was with the City of Clovis and they were helping with home improvements.  Ask how she got my cell phone number, no response.  I hung up, and I don't live in the city of Clovis.

Answered this call after repeated calls to land-line and cell. It is a California homeowner program with information on qualifying energy efficient upgrades and the long-term financing options available through the state PACE program.

Caller said the City of Clovis was offering home improvement rebates. I told him I did not live in Clovis, he then backtracked and said "do you live in Southern California"? I told him my roof is fine and hung up the phone. Not sure what he is selling but I am not interested.

This number calls my landline almost every day and sometimes twice a day.  They never leave a message so I assume it's a sales call.  What ever happened to being on the Do Not Call List?

Probably a sales-person. They don't answer quickly enough after I say hello. Wish their number wasn't 'disconnected' when I try to call them back.
