mattress' are so thin i practically go right through to the metal bars on the bottom every time i sit. The entire futon i paid $600 for broke after a month and i wasnt provided with a warranty after the man at the counter who i was told was the OWNER. Everytime i call in he hangs up on me he is a total scumbag dont ever buy anything from this company they are a [***] scam
