Area code had a one in front and caller ID said out if area. I didn't answer and they left no message, which is typical of telemarketers and scammers. A search showed the number as belonging to a bank in Fresno. They called on Martin Luther King Day, when all banks are closed, idiots.

Called and didn't leave a message.  Did a reverse phone look up on whitepages.com and came back without a match.  Caller ID shows up as Fresno, CA
