Had several calls from this #. Unk Name, Didnt' answer the phone and they never leave a message. Returned call to the #, get recording that the # is disconnected or no longer in service. Appears to be a spoofed #. Changed my outgoing message to:  
Hello... You've reached "My Business"
Sadly the Do Not Call Registry is being ignored.
It has become necessary to screen calls from all unknown, out of area & toll free numbers...
You’re Caller ID information has been logged...
Telemarketers are hereby requested to place this number on your "DO NOT CALL LIST" As a live person will not answer this call.
I apologize to my legitimate callers, Please leave a message.
Thank You for your time...

This seems to have some effect although these folks don't give up easily.

on 7/30/12 at approx 1:00pm I received a call and when I picked up the phone and said HELLO they hung up.
Also these kinds of calls as we ALL know if they go to Voice Mail they NEVER leave one.
I found out that the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY is NO LONGER ABLE TO DO ANYTHING. They have basically been ELIMINIATED.
I know that these calls are going to CONTINUE and for the life of me I don't UNDERSTAND how are they going to accomplish whatever SCAMS that usually follows if they DO NOT SAY ANYTHING.
