Just received call from this number. Local area code but 197 prefix? I don't recall this one in the many robo calls I receive. No message on my answering macine. Caller ID: Name not found.

I lived in the 559 area code all of my life and I can say with certainty that the prefix 197 is not legitimate to the area. I let it go to voicemail but of course no message was left...just a hang up. Spineless, useless individuals who would rather steal than earn an hones living.
