This number called and left no message. Considering I have had a spike in scammer and extortion calls since the start of 2016, I am going to assume this is another scammer. Probably one calling to tell me I have an outstanding load, have failed to pay the IRS, or something else outlandishly stupid, and that they are going to throw me in jail. These people are idiots. Do NOT fall their line of crap. If you anyone any amount of money the MUST contact you via US Mail; NOT email or phone (this includes your friends and family too). Stand your ground. Then, block their numbers and report them to the CFPB and your local attorney general's office.
