Call was left on answering machine yesterday, this is a Scam from a Con trying to scare you into sending him money. I have reported this to local athorities and FBI. Things to note about the caller, used a cell phone and had an accent. Red flags not to ever answer these calls. Answering machine message was exactly the same as posting by Ohio L: "Hi my name is David Gray and this message is intended to contact you regarding an enforcement action executed by the United States treasury and tending your serious attention. Ignoring this will be an intentional second. To avoid initial appearance before magistrate judge or grand jury for a federal criminal offense. My number is 551-497-4103. I repeat it's 551-497-4103. I'd like you to cooperate with us and help us to help you. Thank you."  As stated by others, no one from US Treasury would call your home, especially from a cell phone. Don't fall for this.

Called and left a threatening message from the department of treasury from the number of 551-497-4103. Same message he has been leaving for everyone else saying it is a federal offense.......

Calls from 551-497-4103 are a scam.  The caller claims to be David Grey with the US Treasury.  He claims to be with an enforcement group that will use a magistrate to have the informed be arrested within one hour for not complying with their demands.  These people are claiming issues with 2010 tax returns, but really they are trying to get information and even collect bogus & erroneous tax monies.  I have three recorded messages from these clowns today.  When I called them back from a different number and would not fully disclose my identity, they tried to threaten me with arrest within one hour at the phone number location if I ignored their demands.  DO NOT give them any information.  Each time I called back, they hung up and then block receiving calls to that number for a few hours.  They are frauds.

Calls from 551-497-4103... just finished talking to the FBI... was instructed to report all details of this incident to 1-800-366-4484 which is the Treasury Inspecting General's office.

Got this message when I got home. Just laughed because I am a law abiding citizen. Wouldn't call back because it is a scam.
