POSTED MY RESUME ON CRAIGSLIST. GOT A FEW REAL JOB OFFERS. THIS NUMBER WAS PHISHING.

A person text me via this number claiming to be Ms Stacey from Visteon Corporate Inc.  Their number though says they are located in Cliffside, NJ.  They proceeded to ask me if I was interested in a job with the company because they are in bad need of employees.  I told "her" what positions I was interested in, and then they asked;  "What Bank Do you Operate with to see if it tallies with the company's official salary payment account ?"  There was already yellow flags in my mind, but this shot up a major red flag.  Also, they would not answer my questions, just nag me for my bank.

I received a text from this number. They were hiring for several position . Thanks to all who is reporting this number. I could of fell for the okie dok..

I received a text from this number. I knew it was a scam from the wording. I played along with him/her. They even sent me a check. They wanted me to deposit the check in my bank & they would tell me where to send the money to get the "materials" for the job. I told them I had to consult my lawyer first. They the threatened to cancel the check & I told them ok. I also called the bank listed on the check & the bank said the check was fake. Also, the check number & routing number were the same.

The call came from Visteon. I also contacted them.
