I got the exact same message. Another time it was an Asian guy who left a message and said he was from the Department of Illegal Affairs. (It sounds like the fakest department ever)

Received call from the 551-236-6055.  A bit later, got a call from a 202-506-8032 number.  Same thing.  IRS is filing criminal charges.  Total scam.
