I had been expecting a call from someone and I didn't know their #. Normally I do not answer if I don't know who is calling. So my phone rang with this # and I did not answer. It was from Walterville, OR.. Right after it began to ring again with the same # calling so I thought it was the person I was expecting and I answered. Boy did they fool me! It was for some student loan thing which I have none, and I just hung up and blocked it.  So they will call twice, one right after the other so beware!!!
