It's a bot, soliciting for "childhood leukemia".  If you call back, a bot answers. and when they detect your voice, they start into their spiel.  Not matter what you say or ask to interrupt, the bot completes it's spiel.  What a scam!!  They don't even pay live people to do the ripping off!!
