He probably doesn't.  Looks like a CL scam to me.  Don't send them any money.

Someone known as David   This person would not answer the # listedfor a rental house on Kipling Dr  I was text only.  person took my info  Wanted me to send a money gram for the deposit $300  to address in Nigeria  !!!  Really  Wasted my afternoon!  So pissed!!!!

Has a listing in Azle TX, won't tell me any info on how to meet with him or how to get with him for money or keys. Asked him questions and all he said was "Go look at the house first" Uh no thanks! I'll pass
