I missed this call from this number. Called back but message says I've reached a non-working number. Too many of these types of automation calls coming to our cell phones. I block once I get these calls.

If you got this call on your cellphone, you can touch on the number and click "Add to your Auto-reject List."  If this went to a landline, you may be able to access your account page for your phone service - mine is Verizon, and modify your list of Call Blocking numbers to include ones that are clearly spam and repeatedly calling.
