540-985-2666 is an Appalachian Power Company/American Electric Power Company (AEP & APCO -- who are the largest owners of electric grids in our country incidentally, and probably has the power tied up in the greatest number of states. It is their outgoing dial-out customer service-number. It is NOT a call-back number. 540-985-2666 may provide actual call back number(s).
