No message left, multiple calls to my cell phone

Call to 954 unlisted number, no message.

Received two messages from this number.  

First - no one on the other end.

Second - stated that my credit score did not warrant best interest rate for a car loan.  But, their organization could help bring my credit score higher.

When I asked what my score was, the answer was they could not look it up without my permission.
