You are better off owing the mob money. These people are relentless harrassers with an arsenal of a thousand numbers to show up on your caller ID... Pains in the butts.. BIG TIME.

Totally agreed  I am just a little late, have both the late payment and the new payment scheduled WITH THEM for Tuesday and they are still calling. have received about 19 calls today.  At one point they called every minute with different numbers.

Cap One - again!  They call several hundred times per day. Doesn't matter that I just paid them a payment plus and have scheduled auto draft, they are still calling multiple times per day.  Is there not a law against calling from a million different numbers on a daily basis?  When do they pass the harassment phase?

These people are [***] for sure. The second you are late they call over and over and over and over...I was told it was an auto dialer and there was nothing they could do to stop it unless you actually make payment arrangements with amounts and date paying and set it up to come out. Just telling them you are going to pay it on a certain date doesn't work...I tried. lol. And they don't refinance their own loans which is the stupidest thing I have ever heard...aarrrggg.  Will be SO glad when this car is paid off so I never have to deal with them again! I have 16 numbers now for them that they have called from - see below:
