keep getting calls from this number and all that's on answering machine is some guy with an accent keep saying hello-hell0-hello until he finally hangs up 570-577-3289

Just called at 5:42am. started calling me yesterday and doesn't leave a message. Blocked the number, clearly a scam!!!
