Just got this on my mobile, recorded message claiming to be from "my bank" and that my account card has been suspended.  The usuall for more info press 1, but then it hung up.

Looks like this is a recent scam in the last 24 hours.  This number belongs to Level Three Communications in VA and I've already contacted them to look into this #. I called it directly but it only goes to a dial tone.  Maybe LVL3 has a lock on this # or perhaps it's ported out to another carrier.

After reading many of the comments on these pages about receiving calls, I have to wonder if this was yet another collection agency after my ex.  It's not difficult to associate me with her on "People Finder", etc., and it wouldn't be the first time I've gotten debt collectors calling me to find her.  I still get e-mail and snail-mail from companies that buy "time shares" addressed to her.  If that's the case I don't mind the "harrassment" because I know my name isn't on her debts and she's the one in deep dookey!

They called and said that my bank card was stolen. When I called  back got dial tone.
