I just got a call from this number. Some foreign guy calling telling me he's from the IRS. The IRS doesn't call people. This is a scam.

Received a call from this phone. The guy couldn't speak clear English, but insisted I believe he was from the IRS. I asked him a few questions that he claimed he couldn't understand then he hung up.
