Hi and Happy Saint Patrick's Day y'all!  Odd one, I am the first one to report this number, caller did not leave VM.  540 area code is ours but when I did a regular phone search on 540-417-1051, could not locate number.   My advice, do NOT answer or call back especially if 540 is not your area code.
