I have gotten 4 - 6 calls within 4 hours, with the message looping 3 times.  Fairly thick accent.  Says he's Alex Ferguson working with US Treasury.  Something about enforcement actions, detention, 2nd award, grand jury.  I'm going to answer in Chinese and hopefully he will take me off the list.  If he calls again, I will blow a VERY LOUD WHISTLE!  I am on Do Not Call Registry and just reported the number.  I'm trying to recover for an injury and watch some TV, very annoying to have the landline ring off the hook with this crook!

it was a foreign middle eastern accent. He said that I must call back immidenately , they was form a IRS manganite and it is didn't they were going to accest me

I got the same phone call. He has a Indian accent. After I told him off he hung up on me. I called back and he did not answer I left him a message telling him I will report it to a police station which I will.

I keep calling the number back, I get a busy signal. I think he is scared and has blocked me! LOL
