I just got his call and made the mistake of answering it.  It was a robo call from the "IRS" giving me my final warning as a lawsuit has been filed.  I am to call this number (number the call came from) immediately for more information.  Being reported and blocked.  Reported to the IRS Impersonation Scam Reporting and to the FTC Complaint Assistant, both found on google.

The first call listed above came in about 10am.  The next call from the same number at 11:15, then at 11:17 w/ voice message.  Again at 1:16 and 1:18 w/message.  The again at 2:42 and 2:44 w/message.  All the same message . IRS scammer.  I have reported it and blocked the number.  My phone doesn't ring with the blocked numbers but shows me when they tried again and again and again.  Really no point reporting it again.
