Just received a call from Frost and McCormick stating they had a case in their office (recording) "press one to speak with..."   I didn't press anything; disconnected.  Ticked that I even answered the phone.
I called the number back and they answered "BMJ Funding".  I said I missed the call and they wanted to verify my information - they had it all; but I said none was correct.  Then I asked their relationship with Frost and McCormick; they stated that Frost and McCormick is their customer and they are the mediator.  That there were (3) felony charges in their office and they wanted to work with me before this went to the prosecuting attorney.  Wait....what?  I laughed and thanked her for her time.  SCAM

Received a call from 540-283-9839.  They did not leave a message.  Instead they called another state and the home of my Grandmother telling them that I needed to call FW Agency because of felony charges, of which I don't have any.  I do have an attorney of record and can easily pass this information on to them.  I am tired of people calling and making threats about something that doesn't exist.

Also they have violated HIPAA regulations and can not pass on any information about a person to someone that is not authorized, even if the information is false.  Your personal matters are not to be shared with others or even left on a voicemail message.  IDIOTS!!!

Just got a call and saying it was advising me of legal action against me.  Told me I had taken out a Payday Loan (NOT) and when I asked the name of the company (they didn't have it) when I asked how much was the original load (they didn't have it) So I asked them where could I get that information from - they told me when I went to court - I told them I'll see you there.  Have a great day!  This is just crazy -- they listed an address I have had over 5 years ago.  WTF. I asked them for a street address and she refused.  saying they don't give out that kind of information due to security clearance.  REALLY!???????

At first i did not remember making a payday loan with first cash advance, but after thinking about it long and hard i remembered doing it. Although i was a little turned off by the fact that they didnt have the date that i got the loan, i went ahead and paid my first payment through the hard ship payment plan they offer. I got a recite in my email right away, and they took out just as much as i agreed to and on the day i told them to take it out. They have done everything they said they would. I also got a copy of the case they had and it showed me everything that they were telling me and made me much more willing to pay them the debt i know i owed. I do not feel this place is a scam because i did not get scammed by working with them.
