A woman claiming to be Jessica called at midnight allegedly representing a free clinic in Loudoun County. When asked for a number this person gave a number of 703.999.7628

I received a call from this number at 9pm, and received a call from this number a few months back, too. I called it back and received a "not a working number" message. Ugh.

Didn't answer. But a message was left and the call came from the emergency room at Loudoun Hospital - we had been there the day before and they were just checking to see how things were going and if they could have done anything better. So it was legit.
