Call came in a man at the other end said, "hello". Background noise loud of people's voices. I said, "hello, put this number on your DO NOT CALL LIST". Then hung up phone. SCAMMER !!!

received a phone call from this number at 8:15pm...When I asked to be put on the NO call list, I was told to SHUT UP!

First call from this number was yesterday. I don't pick up numbers that don't show a specific name or business, so I let voice mail get it -- no message was left, so I blocked the number. Another call today was blocked.
