I got a call on my cell phone from a paul jackson...with a middle eastern accent...really!! this is a scam!!

My friend in Lou KY just got the same call & I called back & acted like her Atty & he hung up on me.

Received a voicemail on my work phone saying that I have a lawsuit against me and my social security number.  Could not understand the caller very well.  Had an Asian Indian accent.  Had my CPA call and he also had difficulty understanding them.  They said there was a lawsuit against me with 3 counts against my number. 1st was a federal banking regulation. They then asked my CPA his name. He told them his name and that he was a CPA. They did not know what a CPA is. He told them it means a Certified Public Accountant.  They replied that he did not tell them that at first. They laughed and hung up.  So beware.  THEY ARE SCAMMERS!

I HAD THIS DONE TO ME TODAY. THEY HAD MY CELL NUMBER AND WORK NUMBER. THEY TOLD ME IF I HAD ANYONE TO TAKE CARE OF MY KIDS IF I WENT TO JAIL BECAUSE THEY WERE GOING TO ARREST ME TOMORROW AT MY JOB AND TO NOT TELL ANYONE BECAUSE THIS WAS ONLY GOING TO EMBARRASS ME. I CAN'T BELIEVE THERE ARE PEOPLE OUT THERE IN THE WORLD WHO CAN TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE LIKE THIS. THIS IS THE LOWEST OF!! I AM DISGUSTED AT HOW THE WORLD HAS MADE A TURN FOR THE WORST!!
