Number called and left no message. Not entirely sure if it is spam or not. The reverse phone lookup on the white pages noted it was suspected spam, with a spam level of 3/4.

The caller did leave a message claiming they were with PG&E and claim they sent out a separate letter from the PG&E bill.  This sounds suspicious to me!  PG&E includes most of their energy program information with their bills, why would this be different unless this is NOT PG&E.  I would be careful and verify any claims these folks make with your PG&E office!!!  I myself am blocking this number.

It was a recording from Scott with PGE.  It was a computer voice and wanted to talk about rates. Spam!

Pg&e wanting to take a look at my windows to replace for free...suspect,  sometimes a pending law suit will fake to gain access to evaluate homes value and contence value. To freeze assets until law suit is settled...Rockford files trickery type crap.
