This Indian accent man going by Russell Reid or Christopher Brown (Ha!) poses as the IRS and
threatens that you will be arrested in one hour if you do not pay immediately.

My call was from an Indian accented man going by the name of David Baxter who was calling on behalf of Steven Sebastian from the U.S. Treasury Department about a letter that was sent to my wife and she never responded.

I have received countless amount of phone calls from this person,(an Indian speaking man). When I answered the phone I was told there were problems with my federal taxes and I needed to call 530-733-0023 to speak to Steven Sebastian, if I did not do it within the next hour there would be a warrant out for my husbands and my arrest. I tried to call the number and it did not go through. This guy is a jerk, Don't believe anything he says. I want to know how we got on their calling list.

I also received the call, the Indian accent by a male named Alex, and was requested to Steve Sebastian (530-733-0023 !! I badgered the caller (Alex) at the end, and discontinued the call. "Alex" immediately called me back and stated "I will pay for that"

I also received a call from a man with an Indian accent claiming to be with the US Treasury Dept. i told him I didn't believe him and hung up on him. He called back upset that I had ignored him. i again hung up on him.
