I screened this one calling from Grass Valley CA. (I'm in TX);  I'm very grateful to the commenter who ID'd it for us. I have many relatives not far from Grass Valley, but suspected this was a scam since I am currently being inundated. Just wanted to make sure it wasn't kin calling me about an emergency so I came here and as usual 800 Notes came through for me! ;-)

Caller says she's Sandra Keller, looking for the business owner.
Trouble is it's a robocall, you can so easily tell.
My response? I hung up.

I didn't answer then blocked it too.  This is a relatively new spoofed number apparently, based on the number of comments as of aug-31-2015.  By the way the business loan part is likely non-existant, just phishing for account info to drain your account.  The call probably originated in Russia and the ex-kgb perp. behind the calling system doesn't look or sound anythig like the cheery voice actress on the recording.  Just thought I'd pass my angle on this along.
