came from california? at 10 am my time its 7 out there . no message .another scammer

That number belongs to shopnbc.  They harrass their customers constantly calling from many tel nos.  they called me 5 times so far this morning and it is only 11 am

They call me 10 times a day from random numbers, because my credit card expired and I owe them $9.86. Are you serious, I emailed them with the update and they said they need to personally talk to me. Well that is BS and I am not going to talk to them, check your emails you dumbass... I hate them and will never buy from them again

They say they are Shop NBC. They had a problem with PayPals and won't resubmit charges to PayPal.  Now, they want me to give them my checking account info.  Supposedly, PayPal declined the final Value Pay charge.  I called PayPal that charge was never submitted. Plus, it wouldn't have been declined because of the available balance sitting in my PayPal account.  
Well (ShopNBC), I'm sorry but if anyone's number comes up as UNAVAILABLE, then my personal info is "unavailable" to you.  This might have been one of their call centers and if it was, they need to acknowledge that on caller ID.
My MONEY ORDER will be MAILED to Shop NBC's Payment Processing Center.
