Received 6 phone calls from this number and the caller's name is Wentz Kozy which is a character on Bart Simpson.  He screwed up the first time because all subsequent calls had no name but the same number.  I'll report them at the Do Not Call website.

Received another call early this morning.  The man knew my name and my phone number is unlisted.  I did a reverse number look up for 530-574-3260, here's the info but not much help:
