Okay so I just got a weird text from this same number with a link, and I thought is strange since every time I pay my bill or receive a notification from Verizon, it is not a regular number. I googled the number and it brought me to this thread. Crazziness..

This number sent a text and identifying themselves as Verizon.  They said my credit card was out of date and wanted all my info! I'm reporting this tomorrow morning.
