Received a call from this number on my cell. Didn't answer the call and no message was left. Been getting multiple unknown calls the last  two days, and strongly suspect this is a telemarketer or scam caller.

Received this call at 12:52 pm (afternoon) and blocked the number. The last 4 digits of the number being "0123" is suspicious right away. After blocking the number, I return called it. OUT OF SERVICE
