Called but hung up when I answered.

Called 4/25, female said something with my last name, I replied this is he and she hung up.

Again received an "out of area" call from this number.  When I answered, the person said he was calling from the Clean Energy Alliance about my high monthly electric bill.  He asked if I am paying over a certain amount monthly for electricity.  I told him that I am not and he said that he would update their records.  Hopefully they won't call again.  I found a Clean Energy Alliance website and it looks like they have something to do with solar.
