Received call didn't answer, no message. Added to call reject list, do not call list is pitiful, shame on our government.

Received several calls from 530-349-0835, Caller ID says "Damaris McCarty" (not McCarthy). I answered and someone said, "Prove that I am American," in a thick accent, and then they hung up.
