no answer to return call

This is a scammer!!!

Called and left a voicemail offering drug rehabilitation starting today for a loved one.

Called my cell, and I blocked it.

Call to my cell.  Recorded message about addiction treatment.  Now blocked, but this is the same call I've gotten from several different numbers recently.  Sure they won't stop any time soon.  If I had more time I would mess with them.  Next time.
