I received a voice mail message from this #.   The person said his name was James Connor and the hotline # to his desk is 530-287-4270.  He said it was time sensitive and concerned a payday loan that I had taken out.  He said if he does not hear from me or my attorney - he wished me luck as the situation unfolds.   I have never had a pay day loan from anyone.

Hahahahah! This guy told me his name was David Parker from the law office of David Parker, then told me he was with Baker and McKenzie law firm. Then I asked where they were located and he said all around the US. He said he's been sending me emails to my work for 6 months and I just started my job 2 months ago. Pretty funny stuff. He also said if I didnt pay 617.00 then I would end up paying $317,000 after its said and done with.

I've received a few messages from these people, the first couple were from a man, the last was from a woman both saying they were from "The Law Firm".  I called them and asked them to stop calling me and they guy on the line said someone would be at my place of employment tomorrow to arrest me then!  He was sooooo rude and very unprofessional.  

I've never had a payday loan and certainly don't owe them any money.  It's a total scam.  I would suggest reporting them to the FCC (http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm).  

For a little payback, I called them and just let them hang on the line to waste their time (figured these guys are scammers and time wasted on hold with me is less time they have to scam other people).  After only two calls to them they've blocked my caller ID and my call is immediately ended when I call them.  I'm sure they won't be calling me again as there's no way for me to call back!
