scam for payday loans

This caller has sounded to be middle eastern.  Obviously scripted, the caller threatened me with a court hearing that was coming up because there had been a suit filed against me.  When I talked to them, they were very rude and did not have information for me as to what the suit was about other than the fact that they had and affidavit in front of them and still could not give me proper information.  This bothered me so much that I even called the Court House to see if something was going on.  Of course there was nothing.

This upset me very much and I would like to find out more about the company to try and stop this from happening to someone else!

Have talked to these idiots. Same story. Although they did have a lot of information about me. HOW?!

Got a message on my voice mail from African sounding male calling himself Shawn Marsh threatening me to call the very second I received this call or the he thing he could do is to wish me good luck with attorney fees and court costs, not even a lawyer could help me.  How do I know what it is I am being threaten for???
