"Home efficiency program". Called. Did not leave a message. I called back and received an automated response which lead me to leave a message.  Removal of # was requested.

Called phone and hung up when I answered. Robo call looking for active numbers.

I've had a few calls from this number also.  They let it ring until my voicemail picks up but don't leave a message.  

They never leave a message.  So annoying!
