mike davis called my mother from this number 1-530-207-6120 saying i owed money and he was from a fedral crime unit saying i can face up to 9 years in jail i have no idea who these people are they just called today and they called my house 3 times back to back!

It is a scam do not send him any money I have done a lot of research When I get home from work I will post the findings and some phone numbers for y'all to contact to try to get them out of your life I found being as rude as possible make them hang up and leave you alone for a day or 2. I just telling them to transfer you to the police department And then ask whoever claims to be the cop or their name badge number and apartment and state that they work in. After that Look up The police department that they claim to be with call the non emergency phone number and ask the receptionist if they have an officer by that name with that badge number.  File A complaint at the police department that you speak to and then call you local authorities and file a complaint with him. Again I will post to phone number 4 everyone to contact to file a complaint

Thanks for the info. I did go to the police station and file a report. The officer called the number then call the station the two names the jerk named didn't even exist at the station.
