Did not leave a message. I called back within 30 seconds of receiving the call and the number is not in service.

Caller does not leave message.  "Number not in service" when I tried to return call.  Caller called several times... when I answered, the person asked for me by my first name.  When I said, "speaking", caller hung up.

This number keeps calling my cell and when you call back right away it is not in service and they call several times in a row. 530-207-6074

530-207-6074 repeated calls no messages and not clue what these pests want.
Blocking specific incoming calls is available on certain carriers just not on ours.
Nuisance.
