Got TWO calls from 530-207-3599. Caller ID says Woodland CA. A woman with a Jamaican accent said she represents The Winners International Sweepstakes and Lottery Service. She knew my first and last name. The first call in the morning went to my answering machine, upon playback I hear crazy laughter between two women. Then 530.207.3599 calls back later that afternoon. I pickup this time and hear what sounds like someone reading a "Scam Script," in the background, like they are rehearsing for their next victim. Then the woman with the Jamaican accent congratulates me because I have WON a large sum of money! She then goes into this long convoluted spiel: Did I receive my "coupon code" in the mail? Bla, bla, bla... with a HORRIBLE phone connection, I can barely understand what she is saying. THIS CRAZY LIAR SCAM ARTIST B*TCH MUST BE STOPPED and PUNISHED. And WHY is there NO SCAM "Call Type" on the 800notes dropdown menu?

my Wife recorded a similar call from same number 5302073599 Caller identified herself as attorney "Elizabeth Porter" i can tell this scammer was using a computer as I heard her clicking away and she referred to "tech issues" throughout the conversation.

I would like to get the answer to that question, too!

Just received two phone calls from Winner's International. The first from the 530-207-3599 number. She agreed to call me back because "the connection was so bad". The second call, I realized when I checked my phone, was from a restricted number. I only listened for a few seconds and hung up after telling her I was sure the call was a scam.
I agree that this type of call needs to be stopped AND THERE NEEDS TO BE A SCAM SELECTION UNDER CALL TYPE ON THIS SITE.
